How do I order from the Tezkar service?

The steps are very simple:
1. Choose the product you like from the Tezkar page.
2. Write the desired phrase or name you want to be engraved.
3. Confirm your order, and that's it! Your personalized product is on its way.

Can I request a specific color or a custom design?

The engraving is done with high-quality laser technology, which gives the product a professional look just like a printed logo. Currently, it's not possible to upload personal images or designs, but we are taking this into consideration for future developments.

If I make a mistake, can I correct it after placing the order?

Don't worry at all! After we receive your order, our team will contact you to confirm the details and send you a preview of the product with the engraved phrase. Once you confirm it, we'll start the engraving process immediately.

What is the turnaround and delivery time? Can I request a specific delivery date?

Order fulfillment takes just **one business day**, with shipping adding another **1 to 3 business days**. Unfortunately, we cannot fully control shipping company schedules, but rest assured, we always work to get orders delivered as fast as possible. **Don't worry, we've got your back.**

Can I get my company or office logo engraved on a product?

Absolutely! It's definitely possible to engrave your company or office logo. You can also benefit from a quantity discount if you order more than one item.

Will the Tezkar service prevent me from getting the Cashback?

Of course not! All the benefits of the Sunny Stores Cashback program are available to you as usual with the Tezkar service, and they won't be affected at all.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Each product has its own warranty period, which you can find in its description. Some products have a warranty that goes up to **18 months**. This is our guarantee of the quality of our products.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?
